HOW TO ENTER YOUR CHOSEN CATEGORIES

There are two ways to submit your entry for The Negotiator Awards.

1) Enter online - this is the simplest and quickest way to prepare your entry. Just go to the ‘ENTER ONLINE NOW’ button below and follow the steps. You have to register online as the first step. You'll then receive an account confirmation email to validate your account. Once your account is set up, you can start your application, save it as you go and return at any time to continue and complete your Category entry or entries.

OR

2) Send us a PDF with an entry form. As in previous years, you can submit your entry in PDF format, with a maximum of 10 sides of A4 including text and illustrations. Your entry must cover the five judging criteria  click View criteria below in the Category descriptions. You should write a maximum of 500 words for each of the criteria.

First, register with us by filling in your entry form by clicking here, for each category you enter and upload it here. Include a copy of this when you upload your completed 10-page submission. You can also email it to enter@thenegotiatorawards.co.uk.

SUPPLIER AWARDS
Entries close at 23.55 BST on 31st July 2018.

Do you deliver more than you promise? Do your products and services make agents’ businesses fly? Is your technology way ahead of the crowd? Can you demonstrate innovation, quality, service and customer satisfaction? Entries must be supported by three client testimonials. Suppliers may enter ONE of four categories:

Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Apps

Open to companies using innovative technologies creating and supplying apps to add to an agency’s management software systems to address/improve particular processes and situations.

Entry form sections:

  1. Tell us about your company’s development, structure and products/services.
  2. Tell us about your clients and supply five testimonials from them.
  3. Tell us about your most important and successful apps/innovations. 
  4. Tell us about your views on Proptech in the future.

Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Agency software

Open to companies providing full agency management software, (lettings sales, or both) bespoke systems or Software As A Service platforms. Entrants should demonstrate user-friendliness, scalability, flexibility, cost-effectiveness and quality of support. The entry should be supported by five testimonials from agent clients.

  2. Tell us about your most important software developments. 
  3. Tell us about your views on future innovation in property software. 
  4. Tell us about your clients and supply five testimonials from them.

Supplier of the Year – Products and Services

Open to companies providing, for example: shopfitting, signage, furnishings, utilities, print and design, marketing and PR services, etc.

Entry form sections:

  1. Tell us about your company’s development and products/services.
  2. Tell us about your clients and supply five testimonials from them.
  3. Tell us about your most popular product or service and why it is so successful.  
  4. Tell us about your plans for the future development of your company. 

Supplier of the Year – Professional Support

Open to companies providing, for example: legal services, financial, consulting, mortgages, conveyancing, insurance, deposits, ombudsman services, dispute resolution etc.

Entry form sections:

  2. Tell us about your clients and supply five testimonials from them.
  3. Tell us about your most important and successful services/innovations. 
  4. Tell us about the future development of your company.
